Sprouts! was proud to be a sponsor of this well attended event held at the Hilton Garden Inn, Downtown at the Gardens.  The two recent events (this one and the Sex in the City 2 Event at CityPlace), helped raise over $3,000 for Healing Touch Buddies, one of our favorite charities.

Healing Touch Buddies perform their magic on a lucky event attendee.

Congratulations to the winner of the Sprouts! basket - Sandra Perez of Outreach Over Obstacles!   The basket was filled with our eco-friendly plantable seed paper items such as Note Cards, Thank You Cards, Bookmarks, a Blooming Box Garden Kit and our newest item Wine Tags, worth over $100.  Thanks again to all of you who stopped by and visited our table!

Sex in the City 2 Premiere

Sex in the City 2 Premiere

Friday was THE place to be and be seen at the Sex in the City 2 premier event at Blue Martini in CityPlace.  Over 130 smartly dressed women and men filled 2 theatres at Movico Palace in CityPlace.

Sprouts! was proud to help sponsor this fun event, with all the proceeds going to Healing Touch Buddies, an organization we love to support.  Healing Touch Buddies offers free Healing Touch for up to one year to women challenged with breast cancer.  Healing Touch is a complementary healing process that functions from an energy perspective rather than just a physical one. The goal is to restore harmony and balance to the mind, body and spirit. It is not a massage, rather a gentle placement of hands on and around the body.

Congratulations, Sharon!

The CARE committee of the DoubleTree Palm Beach Gardens Hotel and Executive Meeting Center sponsored a great event with local school kids - “Love Your Trees, Love Your Community, Love Your Earth” - held in conjunction with Earth Day and National Arbor Day.

“Julie Seay’s Second Grade class at Timber Trace Elementary School jumped at the chance to partake in the program and they had a BLAST doing so.  So much so that they have re-signed with us for this coming Fall’s program,” said Michael McMahon, General Manager.

All the kids were treated to breakfast in the Executive Conference Center,  followed by a tour by David Margolis, Director of Sales & Marketing.  Later, Mayor David Levy was there to lend a hand in the planting of a Long Leaf Pine Tree.
