These cute and colorful wine bottle tags are 4″ x 4″ and printed on our special handmade eco-friendly plantable seed paper and can be slipped over the top of your favorite wine bottle.
The back has an area to write “To” and “From” with Planting Instructions. There are two collections to choose from, The Good Friends Collection and the Grape Lovers Collection. Each package comes with three tags and sells for $6.95 per package.
